Effective date: September 1, 2026. GrowthCabin (“we,” “us”) is a free professional community operated as a personal project. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you join, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, role/title, company, and optionally your LinkedIn URL and answers to our onboarding questions. If you subscribe to The Ember, we collect your email address. We also use Google Analytics to understand site usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type), which sets cookies in your browser.
We use your information to operate the community: sending The Ember newsletter, inviting you to our community space, and understanding how the site is used. Email is processed by our email service provider (Kit); community membership is managed on our community platform (Circle). We share your information with these processors solely to operate the community. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising on this site.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing us. Leaving the community removes you from member communications.
We keep member information only as long as needed to operate the community. Our processors maintain industry-standard security practices; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
